The original MB-1S Red Glitter needs no introduction. Originally conceived in 2007 for Matthew Bellamy, and later christened “Red Santa”, the glamorous glitter finish has become synonymous with the stadium rocker.

New for 2023 Manson Guitar Works are proud to present a new glitter finish with a twist - Blanta! Combining a striking gloss black with the sparkling glitter stripes of the original, you are sure to glisten and gleam on stage.

True to the original, the MB-1 Blanta V1 features an Alder body with a highly figured 3A Birdseye Maple neck and Ebony fretboard, Gotoh GTC-102 bridge and Gotoh 510 Tuners, and the now legendary Manson X/Y MIDI Controller.

A PF-1 Matthew Bellamy Signature Bridge Humbucker ensures your riffs hit hard, while the Sustainiac Stealth PRO ensures you have complete control over your sustain.

A Coil Tap to the PF-1 adds versatility, enabling chimey, clean, single-coil sounds at the pull of the Tone Knob.

Our Custom Hardware Control Knobs and Pickup Rings in black complement the Blanta finish and complete the unique styling of the guitar.

All MB-1 Blanta’s are supplied with a Manson Hiscox Hard Case and Signed Certificate of Authenticity.
